All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 


We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

 


Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.


 

3. Shipping Fees

 


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


 

4. Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


 

5. Incorrect Address

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MiRock Tea is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement.

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier first.


 

7. International Customs

 


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

We cannot control or predict customs processing times.
