1. Return Eligibility (Unopened Products Only)

 


For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened tea products.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Opened, used, or partially consumed tea products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 


 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

 

  • Replacement shipment at no cost

  • Full or partial refund

  • Store credit (optional)

 


MiRock Tea reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy based on the situation.

 


 

 

3. Refund Requests

 


Refund requests for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving the item.


Once your request is submitted, MiRock Tea will review and process your refund within 5–15 business days.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

 


 

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Opened tea products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Items showing signs of misuse or tampering

 

 


 

 

5. Wrong Address, Missed Delivery, or Refused Packages

 


If an order is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal, the customer is responsible for:

 

  • Reshipment fees

  • Any carrier return charges

 


Refunds for refused packages are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

 

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

 


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

 

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was incorrect

  • The product was defective

 


MiRock Tea does not provide prepaid return labels for discretionary returns.
